Before Project Start: Clients may cancel a project within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
After Project Start: Cancellations requested after the commencement of work are subject to review. Any refundable amount will be calculated based on the work completed and resources allocated.
Subscription or Hosting Services: Can be canceled before the next billing cycle. No mid-cycle refunds apply.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Duplicate or erroneous payments made due to technical issues.
Failure to deliver services as per agreed terms, verified by both parties.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
Web design, development, or custom software projects after kickoff.
Marketing campaigns, SEO activities, or content creation in progress.
Domain registration, hosting, or third-party subscription costs.
Any payment disputes will be handled in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws under the jurisdiction of Fujairah, UAE.
